Who am I?
I started in the world of technology in 1985 transitioning slowly into the computer universe. During this time I have seen in awe the changes and advances that were taking over the world. For example, the punch cards were becoming obsolete, computers were beginning to become part of a household, such as Apple, and mobile phones were the greatest boom –despite their size-. However, what really amazed me was the creation of the e-mail.
Nonetheless, technology was my drive, a passion for teaching started awakening inside me. A skill which I decided to exploit. Until now, I can still remember the subjects I taught then, being computer science the first. Shortly after, I started with business talks, which I am pretty good at them as well.
During the first two decades of my career, I was able to develop in languages that are now extinct, as well as others that are still existent to this day. With knowledge, comes experience, with experience creation, with creative development. I say this because it was I who implemented the first Cloud Data Center for commercial use in Bolivia –my country-.
While this was happening, many technology companies were just starting to surface, and at the same time, coming to an end. I was there when the iPhone devoured giants, like BlackBerry and Nokia. And also had the chance to have the first IBM PC in my hands.
Why are these being mentioned? Because they were once my tools used for my work and daily life. Even though I would work 24/7 with these, their time had come to an end, and as a technology was advancing, so was I. Now I am an iPhone user, a Xiaomi phone is another of my tools, but what is my direct link to the world is my gamer-class computer. Although, as advanced in technology that I am, I will always use my colored post-it notes to organize my projects and To-Do. Great combination –tech and old school-.
As a final stage in my career development, and being confident of myself, I had seen as part of my personal growth and goal, to make my own IT Company. Today I am proud to say that we develop software, make integrations, apps, and more. All this is done using state of the art languages as well as advanced methodologies, through which we help companies advance in their digital transformation.
