20% commission: Lead generation & online sales

This job consists of selling pre-owned domain names. You have to research potential buyers, contact them individually by email and try to get them to buy a suitable domain name.
During your training period, which lasts 30 days, you are paid $3/hr (please apply with that amount) plus bonuses.
Your bonus is calculated as follows at the end of your first month: 20% of your sales revenue minus your hourly earnings. Any remaining balance is paid out as a bonus.
Example: if you worked 100 hours and sold $2000 worth of domains, you get 100 * $3 = $300 for the hours worked, plus $2000 * 20% – $300 = $100 for the domains sold, for a total of $400.
Most domain names are priced in the $1,000 – $2,500 range so there’s great potential for high commissions.
If you make at least 2 sales during your first month you will be invited to join the elite sales team. This will allow you to earn a pure commission of 20% plus potential volume bonuses (up to 3.5% extra).
Scripts and instructions are provided. Sales experience and high motivation is a plus. You must be able to communicate in full, written English sentences. You must be able to read and understand a written sales manual which contains many pages of text with exact descriptions of what to do in each situation.
About 80% of buyers are located in the EU and US so it would be best if you can be online either during EU or US business hours.
