You will create an original music video for either an existing song from the 1980s. Combine images together with an eye toward pacing and rhythm (maybe edit to the beat) and an understanding of assembling rather than cutting when you focus on the theory behind editing. Then, use an appropriate level of motion graphics to support the video. If you want to use cheesy effects, a la 1980s early music videos, then you can as long as there is a logical progression of them that makes sense to its “spoofing” of that era.
