i have a text file with a list of words. each line has a word in english, followed by a comma and then the meaning of the word in either hindi OR spanish. I want a php application created that would take the first word from a random line in the file, and display it on a ‘card’ image. When user clicks the card or swipes it on a smart phone, the card ‘turns’ and you see the other side of the card with the meaning. The turning action should be an animation.

There is a button below the card ‘new’ on clicking this, another random card is displayed. Next to it is a ‘remove’ button which allows the user to remove that word pair from the database. Depending on the word, next to the flashcard, an image found from bing images is displayed, same size as the card.

Below all that is a area where a bing search based word and dictionary meaning of the english word will be displayed. Below that is a place of google ads. Budget 55
