Add feature to create user profile in website

I have created a website with goDaddy website builder tool.
I would like to provide access to multiple user (content writer) and hence would like to enhance the website
My requirement consists of following features-
1) Register a user (content write) via email. Limited access only
2) content write can create their profile with basic information including photo and basic information
3) content writer can write an article and submit it on website.
4) Article will display content writer information i.e. photo, name and basic information
5) website user can click on user name which leads to content writer profile.
