Add local storage to existing Phonegap Application

I require a freelancer with Phonegap experience to add the ability to save the toggle state. Each toggle state is a yes / no option to bookmark the current page. If the toggle is yes, it needs to display a link back to that page on the [url removed, login to view] page. I need this done for 3 pages in the Phonegap application.
