Add Window Media Player to my Flash Site

Need a small wmv player on my flash site that I can change the content of using standard code provided by my video hosting company ([url removed, login to view]).
I need it to float over my home page and subsequent pages.? Not the Intro page though.
Video and Audio both need to work.? Audio needs to work while music is playing on the “hot music” page or? whenever background music? plays on the site.
Basic controls for player need to work as well.
