We are a web design company that caters both mainstream and adult industry. We recently have large volume of projects and needed to outsource some of it to meet deadlines.

Project Details:
We already have the psds of the pages done

Works needed:
– convert psds layouts to html (responsive/mobile)
– install and integrate the template to wordpress
– functions are needed to post new sites, etc.

Terms:
1) a html css version (responsive/mobile) must be develop for all the pages. This is for the client to approve the html layout first and make any revisions if needed. We also uses this for portfolio purposes once approved by the client.

2) the project development must be handled in

3) (1st milestone) 20% upon approval of the html pages (responsive/mobile)

4) (2nd milestone) remaining 80% upon completion of the project and initial bugs testing was done.

5) sometimes bugs are found after completion and full payment. So, that should get fixed too in a timely manner without any additional cost.
