Build a responsive webpage in VueJS that has 3 sections. Of these, 2 sections are a dynamic set of panels – one to show a list of Contacts and the other list to show messages. 3rd section is to type message and send attachment to selected contact. The UI is to be built using JSON arrays with dummy data. Rest of front-end and back-end coding will be done by us.
