I need to create a website that is linked to my excel spread sheet that automatically updates twice daily. I need to get a simple structure in place which I can then add to in the future. There will need to be a UK maps function incorporated into the site

The website will follow a very simple structure.

1/. (Opening screen), user selects current location or a UK postcode

2/. User selects “all films” or a specific film from the list

3/. Information is displayed on screen: Movie title sorted by nearest cinema and showing times for each cinema. Each film will show the age rating too. {All these factors are shown on my excel spreadsheets/Please see images attached}
