Build me a Wordpress plugin

I need a WordPress plugin.
When plugin activated for the first time, a table must be created in the wordpress db and 5 default value should be inserted into table. Users should be able modify these 5 value from plugin settings page. So there will be a single settings page with a form and 5 text fields and a save button.
This is the settings page:
When plugin activated you should insert a text editor in New Post page. (Not Gutenberg, classic one)

So there will be a text area and a button. When we click on button it will retrieve the values from db and insert them into text area.
1. You must use “WordPress plugin boilerplate generator” to generate boilerplate template for plugin.
2. You must follow official WordPress plugin development standards.
3. When the plugin deactivated you should delete all tables.
