Clean up code and responsiveness, and convert existing HTML/CSS/JS design to a WordPress or other cms
Project details
The goal of this listing is to find a person with sufficient skills and judgment to optimize and implement an existing design.
The existing design is something I hacked together on top of a popular premium HTML5 template, called “Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template”. I utilized custom javascript and css as well as existing Canvas functionality. I have added quite a bit of custom graphics and animation as well.
I need this template to be optimized, the code to be cleaned up, and for it to be more compatible on mobile devices than it is now. The canvas template is very responsive out-of-the-box, however some of the design elements I’ve added causes conflicts.
I will simultaneously need this template to be adapted to a popular modern CMS, such as WordPress, which includes content management, contact forms, and a blog.
The design I will provide is a landing page, best viewed on desktops, that I need adapted to be the home page, however these other content pages should use more or less the same template. I will also provide documentation for the Canvas template.
The design and website is for a US based family law practice. Since the design is very static, the work I’m looking for is mostly technical. I will collaborate on decision making. This should be a short simple project converting and cleaning this existing template.
