Convert PDF page into image file that fights German flyer company specifications

Might be more complicated than it sounds. I’m printing a very small-sized flyer with I need someone who can read German–or the Google Translate translation of German!–to change an A4 PDF page (uploaded here) into an image file that has CMYK colour scheme, removes the transparencies, and makes the image the right size, 76 mm x 107 mm with margins. I’ve tried doing these things myself in many different ways and can’t manage it. Once the website accepts the file, then the job will be done–even if you think it fits the specifications, the important thing is whether the website thinks it does. Thanks.
