Convert PSD to HTML (Responsive/Mobile)

We are a web design company that caters both mainstream and adult industry. We recently have large volume of projects and needed to outsource some of it to meet deadlines.
Project Details:
This is a simple 2 page webcam thumbnail listing adult site so if you’re not comfortable with that. Please don’t bid. We will provide all the psds for the pages design. So you just need to convert it to html (responsive/mobile)
Terms:
1) a html css version (responsive/mobile) must be develop for all the pages. This is for the client to approve the html layout first and make any revisions if needed. We also uses this for portfolio purposes once approved by the client.
2) the project development must be handled in
3) (Milestone) payment upon approval of all the html pages (responsive/mobile) by the client.
4) sometimes bugs are found after completion and full payment. So, that should get fix too in a timely manner without any additional cost.
