Convert Site to newer version of Joomla

I have a website that I built for someone a long time ago on the Joomla 1.013 that is hosted at godaddy. The website is broken now as I believe they upgraded to a newer version of PHP. If you go to the website at you can see the errors that are appearing. I’d like someone who can fix and convert to a newer version of Joomla so they will not have to worry about it for awhile. Unfortunately I cannot even get into the back end right now, even though I can get into the database fine.
