Copy data into excel (CSV file) - come reasoning required

Hi, I am building a database of legal words and definitions. There are three columns in the CSV file “Word” column, “Short Definition” column and “Description” column.
The “Word” column contains a word/phrase which is to be copied from the many word documents. If the word already exists in the CSV file please do not put it in (no repeat words).
The “Short Definition” column contains a quick definition of the word. A longer definition of the word can be found in the word documents next to the word. Please shorten the definition so it is as short as possible.
The “Description” column contains the long description of the word which can be just copied from the word document which is next to the word.
I have already already entered 88 words. Can you please complete the rest of the word in the other documents (6 more documents to go) in the same manner?
Please ensure everything is done in good English with no errors. I need this ASAP.
