Create 32 Side Navigation Bar Images (1 template) for Website

On the side of our website we have a navigation bar for all of the categories of our products. We need to have little graphic icon buttons created for all of the categories.
The buttons should all be a simple small image + words
They will all be the same style – only need to create 1 template. Then create all 32 categories from that template. I will provide the product pictures & words.
Attached is an example – but you will need to create your own design that fits our website.
