Attached is excel file with around 9200 words. I need to create a simple/straightforward multiple choice question for each word. Questions should be the in the following format

For example:
The word “каучук” means: A) Cat B) Rubber C)Gold D)silver

This should be done in Excel file. Column for question, 4 columns for choices, and 1 column for correct answer.
