Create a video from a pdf and add voice over from script

I will provide you with a pdf file
You need to crop it in a way I will show you and using that pdf you need to create an animation to demonstrate how the print piece will work
You will also need to create the voice over based on the script I will provide for you
For the voice over, you canot have a distinct accent. It will not work
Here is a link with everything you need plus a sample video of previous work
I usually pay $60 for this project. I’m looking for a price and also a little creativity with something different?
