Create Affiliate Program For Webstore -- 3
Project details
We need our website to handle an affiliate program which grants users rewards for referrals. Our website is based on Zen Cart. How we would like it designed is:
[url removed, login to view] user enters the website and finds an affiliate section.
2. There he can create an affiliate account and submit a request to become an approved affiliate (all affiliates need to be approved by us before becoming active).
3. Once he is approved he will be able to create a coupon code which will create a 2% off coupon code (we would like to be able to change this amount globally for all affiliate codes from the administration backend).
4. When someone uses his coupon code, he will receive a percentage back as points(which we can control how much percentage).
5. He will be able to redeem these points for cash back or use them for a higher value as store credit. So to simplify if they have $4 worth in cashback points, they can choose to either use the same points for $6 in in-store credit. (We would need to be able to set these amounts in the backend administration). I would the there to be a minimum amount of points they need in order to claim cash back.
6. If they choose to redeem these points as cash back, they can simply push a button which will send them to a page to submit the request and use the points. I would like the request to be sent to us as a sales order, so it will have all the same information we would get just as if they purchased a product from us. We would need a seperate orders sections on our backend for these cashback orders).
7. If they would like to use it as store credit, they simply need to checkout with the product they want normally. An area during the checkout process will need to be coded to give them the ability to view and type how many points they would like to use towards their purchase.
8. The affiliates on the front end will need a page to review their performance and see how many points they have, how many they earned, and how many they used.
———————————————————————————————-For the back end administration we would need:
1. a page to view all active affiliates and be able to edit or review their information or points as well as view their performance.
2. a page to approve or deny all submissions that come in.
3. a page to control the percentage of points they receive for each referral as well as be able to control the value of the points for cash back or in store credit(since points used as in-store credit will have a higher value).
4. a page to view all cashback orders
