Create custom sidebar template php for each author - Wordpress

Hi,
I need a quick help with creating custom sidebar template of single post for custom post type on WordPress; each template is related to each author of the current single post. I just need different sidebar templates for different authors; no custom codes are needed inside the template as I have my own custom codes.
Strong skills in php and WordPress are needed.
