Customize Wordpress plugin "Connections Business Directory"

On our homepage is a search form that shows as result “company name, address and telephone number”. At the moment source is user directory. We want to change the source to wordpress plugin “Connections Business directory” which is still installed.
Task is:
1. customize plugin as needed (limit results, Geo mapping?, …)
2. map plgin directory with existing fields as in attachement
3. upload 2 csv files with data for directory
