Design and create sales landing page for website

Hi all,
Main objective of this project is to design and create sales landing page for approximately 12 types of services in our website. These landing pages will be used for both SEO and Google Adwords campaigns. I will be providing the existing landing pages of our services in our website to refer to for the contents, price, keywords and also the html files for you to work offline. Below are my requirements:
1. Good call-to action.
2. Effective landing page.
3. Check effectiveness of existing keywords and research new keywords to be inserted.
4. Research. edit or add content and information to individual service if needed.
5. Landing page can be the same for all services.
6. Landing page must be easy to edit using notepad.
7. Landing page must blend well with existing website design.
8. Landing page must be user-friendly, non-confusing, pleasing to the eye and easy to read (or glance through).
9. Landing page must be easy to upload to existing CPanel.
10. Existing tracker codes must remain.
I will provide the shortlisted freelancers with the offline files, so you can provide me with proposals and advises to justify that I should award you. Good luck.
