Design Graphics for App based on template already designed

I have wireframes and a basic template in psd format for 2-3 screens of a mobile app.
I need the remaining 20 screens designed based on the wireframes and descriptions I have. They should be based on the template I have already created (designs attached).
Elements will need to fit screen sizes for all iPhone models required (iPhone 6 screen height and smalled iPhone screen height) as well as highest resolutions.
All elements will need to be sliced and provided as png’s, in the 3x 2x 1x requirements of iPhone resolutions.
