Desktop tool to add Data attributes and change structure to XML files!

The tool need to be able to:
1. Add Data attributes to specific Tag from a SQL query
2. Group Tags according a SQL query
3. Run in the background
4. Configure: Source folder, Success folder, Error folder and DB connection information
5. Log errors in the Error folder
6. Move Final XML to success folder
