I am looking for C# .NET, MS SQL expert to develop two commercial desktop application with similar functions to the file and one web based PHP, MYSQL license control. The desktop applications must be able to support single user, multi users LAN and WAN using IP or dyndns.
The software should be in c# .net framework using MS SQL database with all the ability to sort, filter, grouping the listing such as client, payment, invoice. The software require user permissions, universal search, dashboard, unlimited accounting year, backup/restore. Please refer to attached file.
The software must able to restore old data of the UBS Client account using MS Foxpro.
I prefer the 2 desktop applications develop using ribbon type of menu. Please find the attached
