Development of VBA macro in Excel to build out simple table using two input sheets (required nested loops)

We are building a macro to construct a product database for a restaurant menu. We have a sheet of menu items and a sheet of corresponding variations for each product. We need to create a consolidated table with all permutations of the product with variations (including the changes in the price). It is well structured and simple I just do not have time to build it out.
The macro must be very clearly laid out with commentary explaining each step so I can edit it later if required.
This is not a very complicated piece of work and payment will be based on final Macro submitted.
