EASY PROJECT! I will repeat hire! Work for a 5-star Freelancer! I need some Excel Work -- 2
Project details
Deadline: Tomorrow at 9am EST (approximately 12 hours from now)
Very simple directions:
Attached are two samples:
– Sample Starting Work Order – This is what the work order will look like when you start
– Sample Ending Work Order – This is what the work order will look like when you finish
I need you to take each work order that I send you and create an order that mirrors the ending work order using the below steps
Steps (see sample ending work order for an example):
– Put R&J logo on the top
– Update the install date in red text (you can leave this alone since we don’t have this data right now)
– In the Pre-Test Box, add a second row for the starting CFM (which is the higher of the two numbers we give you). Use red text
– In the “Infiltration group” subtract the high CFM number from the low CFM number and enter it into quantity. Multiply this number by the order price of $0.55 and enter the value into the Order Cost box. Use red text for the Order Cost box
– In the “Infiltration Group” comments box, add the calculation in red text (which is not in red text in the sample). For example, if it was 2000 and we reduced to 1500. 2000-1500=500. Final CFM = 1500
– Go to the bottom and add a new row for the Total. Add up each group and put the sum on a new line just below the Grand Total line. Make this red text.
– Delete any work order and signature lines from the starting work order below the total. The new total you put in red text should be the last item.
Directions for this project:
– I will provide you with the CFMs and starting work orders (CFMS are below)
– Create one final work order using the steps above
– Send me the work order to my email (I will give you my address once you are hired)
– I will check your work. If there are no errors, please complete the remainder of the work orders and email them to me
– When you bid, please end your bid with the number two. For example, if you wanted to bid ten dollars, bid tweleve instead. This will prove to me that you can read directions carefully.
– Also, please start your comment to me with “Dear Douglas,” This will also prove to me that you can read directions carefully.
– If you do a good job, I will hire you again for more of these. We will have a lot of these going forward.
– Good luck!
