Hi!

I have a simple quiz-style landing page with 3 questions. After you answered the 3rd question you get redirect. I want you to change that. After you answered the 3rd question, a email address textbox and a submit button should appear. If you click submit it should call a php script like that: “<email> and after it called the script, you should be redirected like in the original page. If you need to add additional files, please make sure they are placed in the “assets” folder. Please include “blue” in your reply to this project so i know you read everything.
