EDIT IMAGE/TEXT AND AUDIO DATA IN A GROUP OF 70 KIDS BOOKS

I have 70 books, these are kids books arranged in folders currently, each page is an image file with text in it, and each page has a corresponding audio clip. What I please need is to get this all proof checked to make sure that every audio clip is correctly aligned with the correct image file, and there are no missing images or missing audios, and at the end I need a error report that I will use to correct those errors, clearly referencing location and nature of errors.
