Fix a MS Word book catalog to make it professional
Project details
We have a catalog of books in MS Word format. See attached file. All the data is there. You need to format the document properly so that it becomes a ready-to-print final document. You will notice there are currently several formatting issues.
Example
– Some names are breaking into 2 lines
– Some books are taking way too much table height as compared to others
– There are unwanted table breaks, even when the next books belongs to the same category
– There is not enough space between the header/footer and the content, and it is not consistent throughout the document
– At times, a table is cutting across two pages
Outcome
– Document should look neat and consistent
– At a glance reader should be able easily see the list of books
– Each book to be separated with a line / table boundary
– Other table borders should disappear in the final version
– Table breaks to be inserted between book categories
– Alignment of text should be consistent
