Flash AS2, simple quiz -- 2

Hi,
I need a basic flash quiz done, it will be part of a online training material.
For the technical part, must be made in flash as2, use external files for the questions (xml, txt, what suits you better), and be able to insert it into another movie by placing it on a frame, i have attached a fla file to see where i need the test to be placed. So … on the same timeline i will have the same test that shows different questions.
The test itself, need to have 3 pages and will work like this:
1: Welcome screen – basic text with a continue button
2: Main test screen – the page with the questions (the user cannot progress to the next question until he gets the right answer. When he click on wrong answer he get’s a red and sliced text and a X in front of the answer, on correct he gets green and a check icon). It will be very useful if we can show the numbers of questions in bottom left, like 1/10; 2/10 … but this is optionally, but will be great if we can do it. For the answers we will have only one right answer for each question, if you can allow me to add a different image on each question from the xml will be perfect.
3: End test screen – basic text like congratulation … a button for remake the test and two buttons for continue (the continue button will need to be a function like on click go to frame 30, and another button that will go to frame 50 for example, i will manually add each link … ). The idea of the last buttons is that the user can go back and read the material again, continue with the next part or restart the test.
I have attached a sample for the quiz, it will help you make a idea on how it will work, also a fla movie where i need to insert the quizes.
I have made a proposal for a client and i need to show him some basic sample of what the big project will be. If we agree with what i have in mind we will get the full project, and the winner of this small part will probably get all the project.
For this sample i can’t pay very good (or at least the fair price), but i hope to compensate trough other work.
Please let me know if you can help, and for further references, maybe you can give me a price for hour for other projects. In my plans it seems that i will have a few flash projects …
