Flash loader graphic added to an existing file upload form.

This a very straight forward project.
I have a form within a flash application that is written in PHP that is used to upload an image to the flash application.
I just want to add a circular loading graphic (no progress showing) that will show once you click the submit form.
1. user click button to upload image in the flash app.
2. the [url removed, login to view] page opens.
3. the user browses for a file and then selects it
4. the user click the submit button
Current Experience: Nothing happens until the page closes and the image appears in the flash app.
Desired Experience: We want the after the user clicks the submit button in the [url removed, login to view] page for a loading graphic to show until the page closes.
it can be an animated gif or something else but it needs to only be visible after you click the submit button and must be an animated loading graphic.
You will get the [url removed, login to view] form to modify but the testing will be done on our site by us.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement).
