For the top 100 saas companies (list here: , just take the top 50), compile a list of GDPR related details. These should be specified in the so called “data protection amendment” (a contract between 2 parties, short: DPA), or should be found on the website of the saas company.
The details we are looking for are the following: where to find the DPA, details about purpose, personal data exchanged,… An example of the data we’re looking for can be found in the spreadsheet here:
