Are you a website designer with AdSense expertise? I am looking to build an AdSense optimized website in a niche (Suggestions welcome) that will generate a minimum of US $20 per day. It would be expected that the website minimal ongoing maintenance.

Please read carefully before you bid. If terms are not met, it will result in a dispute.

1. Non-compliant AdSense content including adult or mature, gambling-related, pharmacy, copyrighted, violent, or hateful content.
2. Web content should adhere to Google AdSense guidelines.
3. Ensure you’ll be using White Hat methods only, no Black Hat meaning not using illegitimate ways to generate traffic. Using botnets, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services will not be accepted.
4. I would be seeking a minimum of US $20 per day from Google AdSense. Your payment will be released once I see consistent income for and after my first Adsense payment.
5. I would be seeking copyright and full control of the web content and source code.
6. Produce SEO optimized content, configure and update as needed at least for 6 months.

Please note that I need to know how traffic would be directed to the website. Also, if you could supply any previous work samples and statistics that would be appreciated.
