Help me do something with EXCEL

Hi!
I am currently working on a team where we all use the same excel spreadsheet as a base for our tasks but use separate files to track what we need to get done. I want to connect my excel spreadsheet in such a way that is connected with everyone’s excels and these can mutually update.
To better understand exactly what I need to get done please see the word document attached and take into consideration that I need the solution proposed to be fully functional and to be capable of working with over 3000 data every day and that contains Vlookups.
I pay 20 euros for a detail guide of how this was done and a fully working example that takes into consideration the amount of data and the existance of Vlookups. If you feel qualified please don’t doubt to contact me.
