Help with Hansontable in Vue.js

Hi,
I am trying to use Handsontable in Vue.js and just stuck on a couple of things so hoping someone with more experience can help.
1. How to change the background colour for a range of columns
2. How to have the horizontal format not add a scroll bar on the handsontable element but all it to expand to fit the content and have the main window have the horizontal scroll bar instead.
Note: I think a lot of the bids are bots so if you are able to mention HANDSONTABLE in your proposal I will consider your bid at the top
