Correct a glitch in our current OpenCart 3.0.2.0 with 2 stores and 3 languages. The glitch causes both the .fr and .de stores to default to English in the front end even though the local langauge (French or German) is chosen as the language under Settings>Stores>Local>Language for each store. Important: I will not create a milestone for this project until it is successfully completed and I will cancel the project without pay if the glitch cannot be fixed.
