House layout, floor plan for 15 sqm expansion

Hello,
I want to expand my vacation home by 15 square meters. The house is built in the 19th century and is located in a rural setting in northern Europe.
In order to apply for a building permit I need:
1. Situation plan – I already have a scanned map of the existing land.
2. Floor plan / General plan. The house is currently 70 square meters, divided into three rooms. I will now add an extra room containing bathroom/laundry.
3. Sectional drawing
4. Facade drawing
I will supply all the photos, sketches and the measures you need. The expansion will follow the style of the existing house.
I want you to deliver in PDF format as well as a format that I can edit, such as Illustrator or Sweet Home 3d.
