This is an online system for recruiting staff for schools. My customers will be employees such as teachers , supervisors , school workers and employers who will register also to receive CVs. This system is for helping candidates to register their information :
Name , nationality , age, gender , family status, number of children , current living country and city, years of experience in teaching, previous schools, email , mobile number , Subjects he / she can teach : English , Arabic, Science , Math , French , Social Studies , Kindergarten teacher, Homeroom teacher , PE , computer , Art. , his favourite stage to teach in : Kindergarten , primary secondary or all grades. His expected salary in dollar. Does he or she have a bachelor degree? Does he or she has more qualifications?
Supervisor Position:
Those who wants to apply as Academic supervisor or coordinator will be asked to fill similar information :
Name , nationality , age, gender , family status, number of children , current living country and city, years of experience in teaching, and supervision , previous schools, email , mobile number , Subjects he / she taught before : English , Arabic, Science , Math , French , Social Studies , Kindergarten teacher, Homeroom teacher , PE , computer , Art. , His expected salary in dollar. Does he or she have a bachelor degree? Does he or she has more qualifications? Can he / she teach some classes if it is required ?
– I need to be able to change or edit the required information when needed and most of the items should be multiple choice
– Employers will register and fill information of the qualifications and the positions they need for their schools .
– CVs will be upoloaded by teachers and supervisors.
– I need an excellent search tool to make it easy for me to find the specific required teachers. If i Want a male English Indian Teacher , I just want to write these key words and find exactly what I want from the entered data. And I want to send emails to the required groups who meet the requirement by sending one email to all the group at once.
– There will be a payment method.
– There will be a front page well designed.
– I need the codes to be explained in a note in case I need to improve them one day.
– I will receive everything working online and I will try it then I will release the payment after being %100 sure that it works as I explained.
