I want to revise the project List Module.

The new name shall be “PROJECT TRACKER”. See attached layout I made in excel.

Add project Name
When adding a new project, the software shall ask “How many floors”
Once it creates all Floors, we shall be able to add Unit #’s per Floor. For example, 1A, 1B, 1C.
Then I shall be able to add each Section. Like Kitchen, Master bath, Secondary bath, Powder Room.
Each Section shall have a place to upload an Attachment.
In each Section, I shall be able to add different items. Floor, Wall, Niche, Top, Sound Control, etc…
Each cell shall be able to be clicked on with a COLOR. See attached ledger on top, Which shows what each color means.
I shall be able to add a Note that pops up, when mouse hovers over cell, See attached screenshot.
The software shall show activity history as to who changed the color of the cell, and when it was changed.
Some cells shall be able to be marked as no data.
Each Cell shall have the ability to upload a photo.

Based on this project tracker status, the software shall be able to show me, the % complete of each floor, and % complete of entire project.

I shall be able to invite team members to each project. (not every project shall be seen by all members) only the ones invited.

In addition to this page, There shall be another section for each project that we can enter a task list, and project schedule. Task list shall be able to marked completed or still open.
Task lists line items shall be able to be dragged up and down. (like trello boards)

The goal of this software is to keep track of large projects by tracking every area, and giving the team a clear view, where we are upto in the project.

This software shall work on IPAD, IPHONE, SAMSUNG PHONE and PC, and MAC.
