I need a small portal of about 5 pages, 2 pages will be frontend for client and the remaining 3 pages are for admin,

Client area
1st page – will request for tracking information, such as last name, permit number, application type, date submitted.
2nd page will be result page, there should be a progress bar with 4 terminal points,
First point – processing
second point – accepted
third point – approved
Last point – ready for collection

ADMIN AREA
1) create a shipment
2) update the shipment, to any of the terminal points
3) suspend shipment
4) delete shipment

i will appreciate if anyone interested to do this project shows me the theme, they intend to use, any proposal without a theme submitted will be disregarded immediately
