identifying close matches between columns - high level of excel skills required please!!

I have two columns of part numbers. I want to identify if any part of one column appears in the part numbers of the other column.
In the file I am uploading, I want to know which part numbers in column H contain any portion of the part numbers in column I. A new column (J), in the existing file would need to be created which relects with a True/False statement whether the line items in column H contain any part of the part numbers in column I. So, for example, if H3546 is JABCX and I2 is ABC, J3456 will show TRUE.
