Image Resize/Upload Script

I need a script that i can integrate into an existing form or use separately that will resize and upload images. Please see project description below.
1. 10 images
2. upload element contains:
a. Thumbnail – displays generic image before upload and thumbnail of uploaded image after upload
b. Browse Field
c. Delete button – displayed when uploaded and not if not uploaded – same as thumbnail
d. Progress bar – visible while uploading
e. “Uploading” button is displayed when uploading
3. Upload is for each image individually
4. Upload is started on choosing a file (no “upload” button, or action “onsubmit”)
5. Include maximum and minimum parameters – maximum and minimum byte size, and maximum and minimum length and width, if images does not meet the parameters, script will display validation text “this image is not allowed, please upload image less than certain size…or certain type, etc.”
6. script will
a. resize the image by predetermined parameters
b. put a simple text watermark onto the image (name of the website)
c. assign a unique name! to the image, no duplicates – not only among the 10 images uploaded but in absolute sense
d. upload modified image onto the specific directory in the server
e. pass the name of the image to as a form parameter (form method=get)
7. Resizing.
a. Ideal image size 743 by 557 ( if 4 BY 3 RATIO), however the original aspect ratio of the image must be kept
b. resized imaged should be the same aspect ratio as original image, AND not exceed 743 in width and 557 in height, it can be smaller in width and/or in height than 743 by 557
c. IF YOU CAN THINK OF BETTER LOGIC HERE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I SIMPLY WANT THE IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE TO BE ALL WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITS.
8. The script needs to be incorporated into the current form and website with all existing css and validation scripts. THE WEBSITE RUNS CLASSIC ASP.
9. Support standard image file extensions
1. IF YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS/IDEAS – PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND WE CAN DO IT ANOTHER WAY – AS LONG AS IT IS FUNCTIONAL AND TO THE POINT.
