Improving the look of the Excel database, $15

We are looking for someone to improve the look of our database files. The improvements will be based on the attached sample Excel file.
Your task is to make it:
– Look more polished and professional
– Remain clearly legible for people reading the data
The output will be the improved Excel file and also a log of all the changes you made. The log should be quite exact.
Eg. Not “I changed the widths of the columns a bit” but “I changed Column A to be width 11.5”
Eg. Not “I made a nice customised grey background colour for some of the rows” but “I made a customised grey background colour for even numbered rows with colour setting Red:225 Blue:225 Green:235”
The reason for the change log is because our IT team will need to implement the changes into our database generation script, and they may otherwise miss some of the more subtle improvements you make.
