install magento template now!

We have a site in magento [url removed, login to view]
We want to install following template. ( i already have template files)
[url removed, login to view]
I want the frontpage of my page looks exactly as the demo, copy the images , etc…. the goal is that frontpage looks looks exactly.
Later i will replaces images according my site.
Must be verified the others section and catalog show the new template design. the content of inner section must not be edited
