We have developed a mechanism attachment to a Ford F150 pickup truck that is essentially a retractable bar that moves up and down under front bumper. We need someone to produce an animation that would replicate what this truck will do in real life. A computer monitor will be placed above a demo version of this system and the animation will play and also activate the demo model

I am looking to produce an interactive animation system as follows:
Show an animation of a Ford F150 pickup truck front and side view with our product attached to it. There will also be an animation of a speedometer. As the speed increases showing on the speedometer, the “product” will extend from the truck at a specific given speed. When the truck slows lower then this speed, the unit will retract. The speed will animate randomly showing the function of this system. This must also have the capable of producing a signal or close a circuit when the system is activated in the animation so that the demo will also function at the same time. The system runs on an Arduino and can be activated via USB interface or sending the Arduino a 12V signal to activate.

This must look professional. You must inform me what hardware I will need to interface with the animation in order to activate or switch our demo. I can produce photos of the truck and system and also CAD data in any format of the system.
I will need this completed in 3 weeks or less.
