1. Frontend programming skills + experience years for each, include only 2 best examples of your own work, must able to share the project code with screen share interview. (preferred – react, vue, typescript, angular, tailwind css, svelte js).
2. Backend programming skills – same answers for the 1st case.
3. Github profile link of your’s
4. Avaliablity and main working hours (ex: 5 hours/day, IST 5pm – 10 pm like this way)
5. Prompt communication + strong problem understanding skills to do your work with min guide.
6. Only long term candidates, individual or well managed startup teams.
7. Will view every proposal of your bids for new freelancers too if you write the good and accurate proposal without copy/paste.
8. Will start the small project first with 5$/hr rate and will increase the rate and hours after proving skills, experience.
