Manufacture a box casing

Small hard plastic box that can be easily and quickly installed behind the dashboard console of any type of motor vehicle. Dimensions will be 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches x 3/4 inches. It need to have an opening for a power wire to come out to be attached to fuse panel. Needs to be in 2 parts, front and back, that (after the electronic components are placed inside), both parts are put together and completely seals. No moving parts needed.
