Modern website for nonferrous recycling company (and alum melter)

We are looking for a updated simple static webpage to replace
Something with a video background and “modern” fell.
We need a landing page, contact/location page, careers page (which links to the stuff we have now), a about us page.
Must be responsive and in our general color scheme
I’ve attached some pictures (we have more) and we can provide some basic text. We will need the ability to have you revise the website (atleast 3 times).
We recycle aluminum and copper, including wire and we melt aluminum
we would like to self host this on our windows server
